Permanent Secretary/Secretary to the Judiciary, Dr Pius Bigirimana(far right)

The Judiciary Permanent Secretary/Secretary to the Judiciary, Dr Pius Bigirimana, has joined other Public Service Leaders for an Introspection Retreat at the National Leadership Institute, Kyankwanzi.

The President of the Republic of Uganda, His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni will officially flag off the Retreat and deliver the keynote address on NRM's Commitment to Improve the Quality of Life for Ugandans.

The leaders who include Cabinet Ministers and Permanent Secretaries started the week-long Retreat with a session on Leadership, Personality and Mindset Change.

Dr Bigirimana will in the course of the Retreat make a presentation on the Role of the Administration Function in the Management of Public Service.

He will also co-chair the session that will consider the resolutions arrived at, at the Retreat.

Later this week, the Chief Justice, Justice Alfonse Chigamoy Owiny - Dollo, is expected to deliver a presentation on Strategies in the Judiciary to Address Public Concerns.
